本ゲーム「CubeFract」（以下「本サービス」）を利用する前に、以下の条項をお読みください。本サービスにアクセスまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

本サービスは無償で提供されている個人運営のゲームです。継続提供・データ保護・特定機能の動作について一切の保証を行いません。すべて自己責任でご利用ください。

1. サービスの提供形態

本サービスは「現状有姿（as is）」で提供されます。動作の正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性について何ら保証しません。
本サービスは無償で提供されており、有償プランや広告収益等はありません。
予告なくサービスの停止・変更・終了を行うことがあります。
メンテナンス・障害・サーバ移行等により一時的に接続できなくなることがあります。

2. 免責事項

運営者は、本サービスの利用に関連して発生したいかなる損害についても、一切の責任を負いません。これには以下を含みます（例示）:

スコア・進行状況・アカウント情報の消失・破損
ゲーム内のバグ・不具合・データ不整合による不利益
サービス停止・接続不能によりプレイできなかったこと
他のプレイヤーとの間で発生したトラブル・迷惑行為
本サービスを利用したことに起因する端末・ネットワーク・第三者への損害
ランキング・ターン履歴・破壊記録が消える・巻き戻る等の変動

3. 利用者の遵守事項

以下の行為を禁止します。違反があった場合、アカウント削除・接続遮断等の対応を行うことがあります。

他のプレイヤーへの嫌がらせ・誹謗中傷・差別的発言（ニックネーム含む）
不正なクライアント改造・自動化ツール（bot / macro）による大量操作
サーバへの過剰な負荷を意図的に発生させる行為
他人になりすます、他人の Google アカウントを無断で使用する行為
その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

4. 知的財産

本サービスに含まれるコード・グラフィック・音源・ロゴ等の著作権は運営者または各正当な権利者に帰属します。BGM・効果音等は各配布元のライセンス条件に従います。

5. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく改定される場合があります。改定後も本サービスの利用を継続した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

6. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、運営者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Please read these terms carefully before using CubeFract ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Service is a free, individually-operated hobby project. No guarantee is made about continued availability, data preservation, or any specific feature. Use at your own risk.

1. Service provision

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
The Service is free of charge. There are no paid plans, ads, or revenue.
The Service may be suspended, modified, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, outage, or server migration may occur.

2. Disclaimer

The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Loss or corruption of scores, progress, or account data
Damages caused by bugs, glitches, or data inconsistency
Inability to play due to service suspension or connectivity issues
Trouble or harassment among players
Damage to your device, network, or any third party caused by using the Service
Changes to rankings, turn history, or destruction records (including resets or rollbacks)

3. User obligations

The following are prohibited. Violations may result in account deletion or connection blocking:

Harassment, defamation, or discriminatory expressions toward other players (including nicknames)
Unauthorized client modification or automated tools (bots / macros) generating mass input
Intentionally overloading the server
Impersonating another person or using someone else's Google account without permission
Any behavior the operator deems inappropriate

4. Intellectual property

Copyright to the code, graphics, audio, and logos in the Service belongs to the operator or the respective rights holders. BGM and sound effects follow the license terms of their original distributors.

5. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be exclusively subject to the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the first-instance court.
